Due to our dropshipping model, all sales are subject to the terms below.


Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Sale, discounted, and customized items are non-returnable

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless item is defective


Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

EU & US Consumer Rights

EU customers may have a 14-day withdrawal right unless exceptions apply (sale items, custom goods).
